I have an extension that lets me set the video to any speed... so I set it to 1/18 and it was normal speed but so low FPS that probably even Marty could count the FPS on his fingers

Honestly they did this story fairly well considering the budget. The final transformation was actually pretty good looking. Looked fairly close to the manga.
