My car is a 2015 a4 automatic sometimes it turns off when starting from 0 and when the road is uphill what is the problem. But the gear change is perfect only at the start sometimes ?

The belt is shredded and is a ticking time bomb and cutting the exhaust to get the sump pan off is just lazy

the bottom of the engine looks like a vacuum cleaner ,, that gause is so blocked up what is sticking to it is it the belt particles sitting on top of the oil in the sump ,,, the engine looks new and clean from the lower big ends

I had a same slipping problem after oil change. They did not change oil filter which got clogged and caused low oil flow. You have to change oil filter every time you change oil because new oil will wash away dirt and other particles stuck on the walls and parts of gearbox components. That s why is soo important to change it on regular service intervals recommended by manufacturer. If you let it go too much driven over recommended service interval its better to do it 2 to 3 times oil and filter change in short intervals to wash out all dirt inside and get caught by filter. This is my experience.

@@mrcarmaxharrow8331 we put the new dashboard computer but the issue is still the same.When you press second or 6 shift it will block.And that screw will appear on board table. It took now one month for repair still not fixed.Thank you for the reply.

There should be a hardware issue. Check the clutch actuator and the gear selector first
