Much better commentary than the first movie With Mr Ross I recognise him from the carry on commentaries Interesting and fun I'm learning something new all the time
@Bluey37Сағат бұрын
I love hearing commentaries It's rather like watching the same film twice However this is pretty poor Nothing personal but the commentator has put himself up to comment but you rarely hear him except for the occasional chuckle There are no insights or trivia except to repeat what we are already seeing Still I enjoy listening to the movie with the odd interruption by this man being disappointed by how short and pointless his quips are Perhaps there should have been a mediator prompting him from bullet points or editing together something worth saying Wouldn't recommend or listen again

@@Bluey37 Hi there, mediated commentaries are much better, check out the Mark Kermode playlist here kzbin.info/aero/PL6VR1T_oe5KlRd1Mlnop3B7veQfbM3wd7&si=APOZRpb4BcIR9Bwv And Paul Greengrass always provides great insight into his movies, however some are very lacking in content, particularly Norman Wisdom and Peter Rogers, we all possibly expected much more from these and it did seem difficult for even Robert Ross (a great commentary host) to get anything from them. Thanks for supporting the channel, 5 new ones throughout this week.

This is actually three DVD "In-vision" commentaries in one. The first is from "Live at the Theatre Royal" (2006) with Dara and comedian/actor Ed Byrne, the second is from "Talks Funny [Live in London]" (2008) with Dara and comedian/actor David Mitchell and the last is from "Craic Dealer [Live]" (2012) with Dara and writer/comedian Lee Mack. Now we just need "Crowd Tickler [Live]" (2015) with Dara and comedian Josh Widdicombe, and "This Is The Show [Live]" (2010) with Dara, comedian/actor Ed Byrne and comedian/actor Andy Parsons.

You haven't felt confusion until you're a little boy in America staying up late to watch Tom Baker (PBS was always off) and suddenly seeing the 5 Doctors never seeing a regeneration and slowly realizing they are all the same guy. Sarah Jane and K9 bridged the gap for me.

You wrote that this is the director. It is not. It is the subject of the film, Chopper Read.

I listened to this while watching the movie on D+. It was wonderful to hear Warwicks commentary. I'd like to see Disney put a special edit on the streaming platform with the commentary added to the video.

This question isn't relevant to this but this is just your most recent video. Is there any chance of you uploading the commentary to That Peter Kay Thing? Now couchtripper's channel is gone this is the only channel that can save me, you're my only hope lol.

@@GuyWithACamera23 yes I will upload That Peter Kay Thing, shame that Couchtripper moved away from YT. Thanks for your support.

"Dallas" wasn’t just a show-it was a cultural phenomenon that redefined TV drama with its mix of family rivalry, corporate intrigue, and over-the-top cliffhangers. It’s fascinating how a simple "Who shot J.R.?" moment captivated an entire nation, setting a standard for suspense in television. The dream season twist, while divisive, remains one of the boldest narrative risks in TV history. It's a testament to the show’s impact that even decades later, its legacy endures in modern storytelling and pop culture references. For better or worse, the Ewings made drama a high-stakes game.

Don't forget Dynasty and it's "amazing" spin off The Colby's were one of the characters Fallon Carrington is abducted by aliens in a series finale(Not making this up,folks.This ACTUALLY happened.80's TV show writers were definitely consuming some amount of marching powder...)
