I am a certified somatic sex educator and sexological bodyworker, with ongoing study and experiences with energy medicine/Healing Touch, hypnosis, Neuro Affective Touch, and professional cuddling. My approach - the body soul journey - offers you a way to embrace your innate wholeness and integrate all aspects of your body, mind and spirit, including your sexuality, sensuality and erotic being. You can choose to work with eros/sexuality, or focus on other healing work.

People find this healing work without knowing quite what they are looking for; they might just have a sense that other things they've tried are not quite meeting their needs. They are looking for support for any of a number of reasons.

I created this channel to share with you tools, information and resources for living with greater presence and joy, and to help you feel safe in your body, feel more in your body, and orient more toward pleasure, an incredible healing resource.
