It did not work for me, so I read that if you put your old mac into Recovery mode by pressing the combination Option+Command+R buttons, it will download and install the latest supported os for your mac (which was Catalina). It will take some time depending on your Internet speed, but eventually, it updated without any problems.

There is a way to upgrade unsupported Macs to Sonoma, but I don’t recommend it. I tried it before and it didn’t work for me.

Dude I download the file for el cap for my mac a1181, which I found in a dump and restored. But whenever i install, the installer runs a program to determined it the software can be install, an alert comes up saying this version of x 10.11 cannot be installed on this computer. Not sure what to do

@@H4zel-Nutt Does it say that the battery is charging? After you plug the watch into the computer, it should show a yellow USB cable and a flashing lightning bolt. I forgot to say that you have to plug the USB cable into the computer. Sorry about that. 😒
