I definitely want to try and include a few more classic black and neutrals into my wardrobe this year. Many of my pouches are from brands like Sol de Janierio, Naked Sunday or Sephora holiday collections 💗

Hi Aik, thanks for sharing your honest opinions on glossier skin care. It’s a brand I’ve heard a lot about but haven’t looked into too much. I also like to keep my skin care routine pretty simple so when I find something that works I rarely switch things up. Have you looked into the glossier perfume at all? I’m definitely a perfume girly so I’d be interested in trying that out. Thanks for sharing 🤗

Ohh I haven't tried the Glossier perfume yet, but I hear it's very popular and not-too-strong. Love how it comes in a balm as well - so travel friendly!

I love that you gave us your honest opinion. Im still looking for my "staple" moisturizer. but some of my must haves are The Ordinary serums, that really helped with some blemishes. currently trying Origin products :)

Ohh you've reminded my to try more Origin products, they're so effective AND affordable. Must pick up the serum because I definitely still suffer from the adult acne from time to time. I LOOOVE the milky toner, so gentle - I've almost finished my first bottle ~

I love exploring like a tourist in my own city! We pay so much to be in these cities, we need to take advantage more often even though I also love being at home haha. Also, omg I was the same about Vlogging in front of Donny. I would freeze and then get mad at him lmao! Happy to report, I'm over that hump now (but it took a solid two years). That's probably why he's in the vlogs more often 😂 Cheers to an abundance of health, wealth, and happiness for 2025!

Would you recommend me reaching out to the agent and try to schedule a private inspection prior to show my interest? Regardless of that, if you really liked an apt during the inspection, can you make an offer on the spot prior to applying? Tyvm!

So exciting welcome to Sydney, it's an amazing city! Private inspections are kind of challeging to organise because the agent will need to agree with the tenant to have access to the property. If you want a private showing, I recommend trying to go on a weekdays, because hardly anyone is there :) You can provide a verbal offer but agents will usually ask you to submit a written offer because they have to provide the info to the landlord to assess suitable tenants. Definitely check out DOMAIN and REAL ESTATE dot com - to help compare prices to similar apartments in the area. I hope that's helpful and good luck with the inspections 😊
