@@LifeofaBoardGamer I mean exactly that the wood doesn't look smooth so it would stutter trying to take out boxes. I ordered the foamcore insert for this reason.

@@kosterix123 ahhh..got it. I mean, yeah, it is wood. Foam is much smoother and all that. But it works. :)

@@LifeofaBoardGamer I wanted wood and would sand and oil it but it was not available. Plus the price with shipping would be double. I may paint the foam like wood lol.

It is a big insert with lots of components so it does costs a lot indeed. I hope you'll be satisfied with the foam one. Just be careful what you paint it with. Foam is not resistant to spray cans.

Hahhahaha. :D I noticed that too. I think something is wrong with matrix. Some sort of error or something.

The Action keyword in rules says "Action: When you have a creature in play with an Action effect, you may spend your turn activating that effect instead of playing a card or attacking with a creature. If the effect doesn’t do anything, you are not allowed to activate it." Slaven played the card and he wanted to immediately use it's "Action" ability but that is not allowed since it was just played on his turn. Next turn, if the card stays, he can forfeit play or attack part of the turn and use "Action" ability of any card played previously.

But it is. I really like this duel version. :)

Definitely. A gem in hiding. Whenever I played it or saw others playing it, it was always fun and laughter around the table. Even people standing aside and watching were enjoying the gameplay.

My mind goes to Carcassonne as soon as I see square tiles that need to connect properly on the sides. But you are correct, beside that there is very little connection to Carcassonne regarding the rules of play.

It is in fact a big board fixed on to a smaller table. It will not move anywhere but it has some overhang that shows if I lean too much. But no worries. I'm switching to smaller table sometime early next year. :) Hold on until that and try not to unsettle too much hahaha :D
