Will someone pray for my boyfriend in Coleraine? He was in a terrible car accident 14 years ago and has been living with terrible pain since. The doctors have all given up on him and he has no option left but a miracle healing. He doesn't believe but I have faith for him. Please pray. He's alone and suffering, and I know if he would get relief that he'd come to Jesus.

His name is Jamie. I'm in America and I visit him a couple times a year. I wish I could be there to help him year-round but I'm also disabled so I need to be here for treatment.

Please rest that we are praying for yourself and for Jamie. We follow a Lord who can and does fulfil what we perceive as completely impossible, and I pray that faith of yourself and Jamie will flourish and that the Lord will touch Jamie. Praying for u, stay safe in the states!

@@RileyHunterCosplayRiley I just want you to know that as I was praying I felt the Lord was showing me an image of a blue turquoise napkin, or blanket. I just want you to feel the embrace of the Lord around you in your struggles, please don’t hesitate to let me know if that means something to you. Thanks and god bless you

I have listened to this quite a few times now. I came along in 1979, as a student. The presence, power, and passion of/for God was so tangible. I wouldn't have missed a meeting. It was life, and nothing else came close. Sooo thankful for those who had the vision and dedication to see what God was doing and pray without ceasing. Lord, send your fire again. Send the rushing wind again. A holy people, set apart . Yet full of boldness and truth. The once land of saints and scholars is in a dark place and needs you Lord. So good to see what has been done over the last 40/50 years. Lets keep going!

It’s wonderful to have people still in our church who were there from the very early days. I am blessed to be journeying on in your company, Grace and Terry. Thank you for persevering when it was difficult and for not losing sight of Jesus, and for still having zeal for the Lord and his people 40 + years on.

Great to hear all this from the horse’s mouth, so to speak. God was moving all over the place in those days. I have a parallel story. Also Cecil Kerr was Chaplain at the C of I when I went to Queen’s.

Originally, the Sabbath was made for all of Gods people. But for various reasons, including mass persecution under roman rule, the majority abandoned the Sabbath day for Sunday, and only the Jews continued keeping it. (The Jews have added a lot of man made rules to it, though, as you saw in Israel. This was something that Jesus regularly addressed with the pharisees, saying things like, you set aside God's commands but uphold traditions of men) There's nothing wrong with gathering for worship on Sunday, but the Lord, by His Holy Spirit, is wooing His bride back to the day, which He set apart as holy. Believers who are sensitive to His voice are hearing the call, but with decades of teaching which tell us that the Sabbath is a legalistic, old testament, Jewish "thing" because of the misunderstanding of scripture, we enter into a battle between the mind and the spirit. The Sabbath is all about Jesus. It's a memorial of creation but it's also prophetic of things yet to come - the millennium and eternity. It's a divine appointment with our Messiah, King Jesus. When you dare to oppose all of those religious mindsets and enter in, making Friday sunset to Saturday sunset a time of rest, you'll be awed by the sense of wonder, you'll find it a time where for some reason, you encounter His presence in even greater measure. It's not to be a burdensome, religion based act, its beautiful. It's a day we spend with family. We have some worship, we go for walks and picnics, we watch a movie at home, we invitr peopel over and share testimonies or things the Lord has shown us through His word during the week. Above all, we make the focus of the day, King Jesus. 💛
