I need HELP! My dog Gator is always well behaved on and off the leash around people and pets. He will listen and do my command(not tricks) yet I have one big problem where he enjoys smelling women's V, my guess when they're in their menstrual cycles since he doesn't always do it. It's extremely embarrassing to both the random lady and myself and while doing it he won't listen to my commands. He's done it roughly 10 times and I'm afraid something bad will happen, please HELP

Love the high praise! And I love how you lure the puppy in a down-stay instead of just pushing it down like I saw the girl do in the other videos.

You pushing her butt down like that, is not going to help you when she’s nervous. It’ll simply show that she’s doing something bad. Just lure her with treats in the sit position and just let her explore her new environment for a moment.

On another note, the puppy has a pretty good heel. Just remember that it’s still a puppy, and their bound to get distracted. Give it a LOT of praise when training.

You shouldn’t be shoving the puppy down like that. Instead of doing that, lure the puppy down with a treat and reward/praise it when it stays in the down position. Practice that for a few times until the dog gets it. And if it can’t stay in a down-stay, move one step back and reward when the puppy doesn’t get up from that down-stay. Shoving the puppy down into a down position isn’t going to help you in the long run.
