Root curling in Adenium occurs when there is dehydration in the plant, due to increased external temperatures. First check if there is any pest attack in the plant or not, if everything looks okay, just water the plant thoroughly for a week, it will become fine again within a week or two.

Pollination is best done if it involves flowers from different plants. But flowers from the same plant will also do. After pollination the flower should be left in shade for a week or two.

It doesn't matter in the case of Adeniums actually. Since they are desert plants, they can tolerate shocks of this kind, in fact they can survive bare rooted for more than a year😅 I have done it many times, so I think there won't be any problem.

@@shivanisjannat Pruning can be done in summer, but the best time to do so is before the rainy season sets in, as during monsoon the leaves and branches start growing vigorously. The worst time to do it is in winter.

Yes we may. It's just that polythene sheets are easily available. The point is to trap the moisture for sometime, that's it.
