I have a lot of sympathy for refs these days. Blokes who copy the so-called 'professional' fouls thinking it's part of the game of football and then copy the 'art' of pressuring the ref en masse are making it less of a decent sport.

It was played at Allithwaite in Cumbria, near Cartmel. Cartmel's usual home ground was unusable on the day.

@@StoutProper This was at Allithwaite, just down the road from Cartmel. I actually didn't know the game had been moved, I turned up at Cartmel's usual home ground on the racecourse! Thought it seemed quiet. Luckily, Allithwaite is only 1.5 miles away :D
