when i finish it makes only ".toml" and ".json" archives, not ".safetensor" i tried with bf16 first, then fp16 and i always have the same error. My graphics are 3040 RTX. Do you know what is the problem?

Try using lora and background prompts by increasing weights. The last I can think of is, start using flux.

Realistic vision and Dreamshaper i think so. Face swapping depends on the control net more then the model. The best i can say is, try making a lora.

Any idea why i get this mwssage and RuinedFooocus won´t start? "AssertionError: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled" I use Stability Matrix. The easy 1 click package installer. The packages with Fooocus, SD Forge and SD Web UI works fine. Only RuinedFooocus won´t start :(

This application uses pytorch to generate images. The error says pytorch you are using does not support cuda (by nvidia). You need to change the pytorch version which has cuda support. I think it has not installed properly in SMatrix. I this case, I will check for requirements file and verify it from git project req file. There could be a different in pytorch version. Changing the req. file and triggering a update or installing dependence should work.

Juggernaut does well, there are many lora which does sfw, you need good prompt. Go to civitai, apply filter year and SDXL check in image Or lora section. Open any of the image or Lora, you will get prompt. Below Lora main image, there are images posted by peoples. Try using the same Lora and prompt from this places, you will get high quality images.

I got the flux 1 dev to work. Tried with NF4 and it crashed. Follow on the Alice in Wonder instruction and able to get a decent image, however flux blur the background. Now, using the antiblur lora and 2 loras took more time to generate.

First off, thanks so much for this video. I clicked on a link in Reddit/FOOOCUS and I'm glad I did. Very well and simply explained. I wish I could get results even close to this. I've been using FOOOCUS in Pinokio for quite a while now, and I never have any good results with Face Swapping. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but you left the guidance scale at 4, and kept the tick mark in the random box? Because I've had such lousy results, I've been using FaceFusion in Pinokio instead, however, it's very slow, but the results are much more reliable and consistent. Thanks again. Liked and subscribed.

I'm having the same problem. I'm using 330 training images, 40 repetitions and 6 epochs. I set 79200 steps as the maximum amount of steps.

fooocus works well with AI generated faces, but it wont work with real faces, and thats it for now...

Yes, for now the level of technology developed. The reason is that, real imagine still has the elements which is unknown to AI models. Making if hard to build image around it. The future is exciting 🙂

Did you read the comments on the Flux model page on Civit AI ? It takes MINUTES to generate at 1024p image using a 4090 !!!!! And requires around 20gig of VRAM to work !!! And the model itself is 22 gig !!! It's no better than the realistic SDXL models, it's just better at the cartoony, or nerd stuff like you generated as an example. Definitely not worth it until they make it faster, smaller, and more optimized.

In the video schnell took 25-30sec, In second video dev took 55-60 sec after first image. I believe in trying by myself on my 10 year old pc with 4060 rather then reading comments everywhere like a nerd. 😆

I have downloaded several Flux models from Civitai and so far only flux1SFp16_v10 has worked on Ruined, all others give an error and it loads the default model. Have you run into this issue?

I am not using any other application then what windows offer 'task manager'. Nvidia does gives a better application just to monitor performance.

They have a application 'nvidia geforce experience' there is a option in game overlay, switch it on. Then go to settling then go to hud layout. Then performance. It will ask you where to show your computer hardware status. I used it while playing game, but it should work in this AI things as well

I have tried a lot to make it work but the server just keeps getting stuck with MetadataIncompleteBuffer, I have tried giving it already downloaded models and letting it download on its own, several times, always the same thing. a bucketful of errors ending with MetadataIncompleteBuffer. The web UI opens but can't generate anything. Giving up now. I really wanted this to work.

what is the difference between using Flux in Forge or in WebUI (with Pinokio) - I see that the UI on the flux.WebUI is very minimal, and as sb who wants to use Flux Loras I want to work with Forge - just wanted to ask if there is a quality difference or anything else I miss using Forge and not WebUI. I will not be the correct person to answer this because I haven't used this application for longer period of time. Actually I was just looking for simple, fooocus like interface vo my viewers on KZbin. As far as my coding knowledge goes, you should find same results if the components used are same. By components here I mean is the control net, models, lora, vae and stuff. WebUi & forge are just piece of python code, driving this components inside your computer to generate the image. Now to match the components used inside web Ui and forge, one has to read and look into terminal, inside files to find who is using what. Even if there is a difference, it won't be a day night difference. Also, you should not care about it unless you are using this for production purpose

I use mimicpc just to try out flux, the details are handled quite meticulously, but it requires you to be able to run a workflow, which will satisfy your personal needs of the output photos

@@_VloneX_ yes, i also tried it on ruined, but, almost at the end of the generation, (when it loads the vae) it gives me a distorted image. i think it loads the vae of sdxl.

I am not sure, the vae is in models/checkpoint folder. The file can be changed and renamed.

@@Aininja94 all good it’s a small niche game but high impact. Is basically a world with swords and sandals, magic and dragons. It’s like this huge world but combat is like statistics. Everything is like statistics so you know how strong everything is you know how smart everything is. Like NBA 2k but for fighting, living and such. Super detailed. Super nerdy stuff. We believe it could be a good foundation and game type for battlerap. Not the swords and sandals but the combat. statistics, rounds, levels, tough decisions, management.

@@Aininja94 trust me not easy waiting that long as I am used to faster time with OG Foocus. I am trying it out now using 4 & 8 steps using flux1SFp16_v10. and a flux Lora. using 8 it cranked out an awesome image in 12 minutes. So now trying same with 4 steps.

It 's about your picture resolution, if you use dev model from black forest you're image should be inferior of 2mpx or equal 2mpx. Otherwise it will be blurry picture.
