I'm not quite sure I understand you are saying. Lately I've been using a webcam and set all of my videos to 1440p resolution at 60fps for an above average video quality.

How do you change the profile background

You can change your profile background by going to your storage (the box icon in the garage), going to the "APPEARANCE" tab, scrolling down towards the bottom, selecting the background you want, and then pressing the green "SET" button.
