genuinely fitting into rain world track. Similar examples: "NA_02 Dustcloud", "RW_34 - Slaughter". Cool. When i will be learning music art i'd chase something similar.

Thanks...great sounds. The pings have a very tactile feel to them...reminds me of a Mungo p0 or even Jomox Mbrane/Mbase in its electrical "alive-ness".

You seem to specialize and sounds that are soothing while simultaneously being abrasive. I like it.

I don’t know if this was a full on improvisation, but if it is an improvisation, you were tuned in when you made this piece. At around three minutes. Magic happens. Improvised or composed. It doesn’t matter. It was wonderful. Sonic sculpture. Very nice. Thank you.

@@MisterNiles improv one take no multitracking, running an arp with some parameter recording like vca adsr release time, cut off, resoance, ... and hand tweaking, also changing bpm during the jam

Does it track pitch
@w.ravenveer3 ай бұрын
no, it has an envelope follower which works with a threshold, if you want some thing that track pitch i think the korg ms20 does that with its external input

How do you rate this synth? What can it be compared with?
@w.ravenveer3 ай бұрын
a real curiosity synth, i guess it comparable to like wise synths back in the day like the korg dw8000 and ensoniq sq1 , digital osc with analog filters, wave forms don't offer much variety and cross wave table thing is a bit under developed, it has a sound of it own, that i like a lot. i got mine cheap one for 50 another for 75 euro some years ago, i wouldn't pay more than 250 in these days for one. an underdog synth, has character,

Can you tell us about the setup?

Epic. Wonder what it would sound like through a mutron phaser.
@w.ravenveer2 ай бұрын
don't have a mutron or the behringer clone, though i do have now two of these polychrome phaser clones, so should make another demo with that

Why are the joystick connections and a couple others flashing on the matrix? Is this some setting I don't know about?
@w.ravenveer7 ай бұрын

My biggest problem now is to decide if to spend the alot of extra money to get the keyboard version just to get the extra few controls missing on the panel :(

Loved the video. Looking at this desktop unit instead of full keyboard version. Hows the quality of the build? Knobs large enough to comfortably control the functions?
@w.ravenveer11 ай бұрын
built quality is great, knobs are large enough, its very hands on for a desktop

That is one great "sequence"! It reminds me of a modern day version of the famous Forbidden Planet sound track.
