@stephenhyland4256 keep an eye on your mirrors and make sure you turn your head so the instructor can see you are checking them. 30kmph speed limit on Western Way is often forgotten during the assessment. Make sure you wait one or two seconds after the bus has stopped before putting the handbrake on, so as not to jolt the bus. The AVs are quite old now so the steering and power takes a bit of getting used to. Brakes wise are not as severe as the likes of a PA but do get used to them before going down out of Phibsboro/Broadstone to the lights. Other than that enjoy it, all the instructors are top notch guys and gals. Observation and awareness of pedestrians about to cross the road, press for the pedestrian lights etc, bicycles are all good observations to allow you time to react for when/if they come out in front of you.

Broadstone were the first garage to have the orange hi vis vests, but I left mine in one of the tour buses and didnt find it for a few days, so ended up having a yellow one for a while, some regular viewers would have noticed the difference, especially in the photos on the instagram page.
