I like this mod, because it depicts a very good and accurate alternate scenario if Shephard found a way out of that helicopter in the void the G-Man sent him to, at the end of Opposing Force. Like waking up in a different part of City 17. Nostalgia! 😆😆😎👌💯

Amazing how the story led to him being a minority in the new world of Half Life 2 that got razed by the Xen creatures (vortigaunts excluded of course) and the Combine: his top two enemies. It would have been epic if Valve had him team up with the Resistance since the Combine would generally see the militaries of the UN as their enemies, Shephard included. Nostalgia! I remember teaming up with so many scientists and security guards in Opposing Force. It felt right. 💯

That was a shame how they were ordered to actually kill any remaining survivors of the incident and not just the Xen aliens who invaded when Freeman put the crystal in the analysis port. If I were in charge of the operation, I would have just ordered all HECU and Black Ops units to evacuate and protect all survivors, including Freeman, and just eliminated the Xen aliens. I was surprised to see that, back then in 2001, when I first played Half Life. Nostalgia!

@UltimateGamingZone9 really the only issue i have is that every time i go to launch it, it says error, no game resources found, even though i downloaded half life 2 episode 1 from the internet archive and extracted it in the srceng folder. I set the path directory to the srceng folder aswell. Any idea why it might not be working??

I get why they wanted to ypdate her model, but glados's model in portal 2 was after a part of her face was destroyed and the cover from her eye was gone. The portal 2 model was a damaged glados so to speak, and I hoped this mod would use an updated version of the portal 1 model.
