If you have zip file first of all you have to create a folder and go to car zip file and tap view and copy all of them and paste that on mods folder and done

go to mod browser on the app and download a mod, however if it doesn't work it means you can't, you would have to wait until the developers make a way for you to download MODS on PC.

oh and for the maps, it's the same thing, this tutorial can be used to get car mods and map mods. or you can just download them from the mod browser in game 😊
