The music called ‘country’ today is not true country. It’s a mix of country, rap,rock, gospel, soul, hip hop and blues, etc mixed together. I enjoy listening to some of it, but that’s not country. Every artist has the liberty of changing or mixing up genres. They should come up with a new name for the new country music. It’s enjoyable too; we don’t need to be music snobs, but it really should have a new category. Just sayin’

Jon Bon Jovi was 24 yrs old, lead guitarist was 26-27. In mid 20s. Tico drummer is the oldest in his 30s. Alec who was Bass unfortunately has passed away was 30/31. ABBA was hugely successful at writing and performing pop songs up to 1975. Around this time dance music / disco was getting big so Abba threw their hat in the ring and this was their first attempt at a dance song. Not bad, especially considering it's now regarded as one of the greatest dance songs of all time.

Bruno Mars has been performing on stage since he was 4 years old. His family is from a famous local Hawaii singing group, The Society of Seven. They use to prop Bruno on stage and he would do Elvis songs. Lady Gaga is a legend now.
