Some part of the same constellation are few thousand LY away whereas some are millions of LY away? Is that normal?

Yes, think of a constellation as a 2-dimensional surface, like a photograph. Some objects are closer (a flower) while others are much further away (mountains).

Im going to be in Green valley Az soon woth my teenage son and im trying to decide between Kitts or Mt. Lemmon. Im planning on doing a tour but also interested in which area im nore likely to be able to just pull over and star gaze with less light pollution. We're in yhe Philly suburbs and hes mever seen a really impressive night sky.

I find Corvus somehere in between exotic and mistique constellations. M104 a favorite for sure in this constellation. Nice video !! Music, fast explanations, no boring talk. Tnx !
