early 2000s i lived a few blocks up from twisters at 929 grace st. Buddy and i walked up to the store and heard this siren off in the distance. I had never heard such a beautiful sound before. like peppy le pew we followed that intoxicating sound until we reached the door at 929, paid our cover, and witnessed one of the most talented musicians of our generation. i was strictly into metal and hardcore at the time and denali was the first band to make me stray from the genre.

Kevin Michels man it’s so amazing watching them live ! I got my first experience in 2004 when they opened for the Deftones . I was beyond impressed.
