How you can size E = 1-1/2" ? it's not in the path of longest run, please refer National Fuel Gas Code NFPA-54 section 6.1.1 & 6.1.2. The size of E should be 1-1/4" this is what code says. @Greg Taylor

Hey greg ! excellet video. Im a student at Durham college writing my g3 in 2 weeks time. Could you do a video on the procedures for wiring a T-stat ? Even a video on electricity would be great. They showed us very little on this stuff and never bothered to revisit it after one class.

75000 divide by presume 1000 btu per hrs = sq feet btu/hrs, so furthest furnace = 75 sq ft per hrs, need 1/2 " size metallic pipe.

I’m so confused I have a imperial and metric tape and the first inch and last inch of the foot aren’t 25.4mm for example the 5ft to 5ft1 is about 10mm difference and the the 5.11-6ft difference makes up that difference with an excess of like 15mm a bit mind boggled I can’t imagine the tape measure to be inaccurate and I missing out on something

Refer to TSSA website for Code updates, new Codes come out every 5 years, so each Tech requires a new Code book, 2025 will be the next code
