Cha Cha stores matcha all wrong with it exposed. I would not support this business. Sorate is my go to. Setsugekka is great as well. Some of their matcha’s are way expensive. Anyone that does coffee shouldn’t do matcha. Setsugekka and Sorate if you get their highest grade and if it’s truly great than it’ll stand up to milk. Have you tried Matchaful and Kettl, those are my faves.

The hair looks amazing! And if you really don't like it, it will grow to like a short bob in a year. Just one year and all of it is back. But i will say, from my personal experience, this hairstyle is addictive. Once you cut it super short, long hair will never feel the same.

hair looks so good! pls don’t forget to eat enough and looking after yourself. .. coming from someone who struggled with food, body and exercise as well and knows that nyc can be a very toxic environment- wellness in disguise of disordered eating, walking A LOT, compulsive excessive exercise, diet culture being everywhere, obsession with thinness, restriction/weight loss getting praised / glamorized/ idealized and normalized.. take care of urself!!

you're so right! I have been there too, but in the past year or so I really have been listening to my body when it comes to needing to refuel or rest. also since coming back to new york I haven't been working out as regularly, but I do notice that I miss the routine of it and how it makes me feel mentally, so I've been trying to incorporate a short at home pilates session in the morning when I can. whenever i don't get the chance to eat at a certain time because I'm out and about I always make sure to make up for it and eat enough later! plus I usually always try to have a snack with me (: but yes I definitely still need to actively make sure to stay aware of old thoughts and patterns and maybe I shouldn't have shared this in the video. I will be more aware of what I say in my videos in the future, because I want to spread the right message and eating enough and taking care of yourself is so so important!!! thank you for your comment <3

you got this!🤍 I met most of my friends at uni because we're doing the same exchange program and I also knew some people already from last time I was in new york but I would say just go up to people you think are cool and talk to them! I met one of my friends here at the club lol and I just randomly started talking to her because I realized she was also german haha
