You need a license to do HAIR, Period. The only thing you CAN do is braiding. No heated tools, etc. Please don’t misinform people.

Why do I feel the lowlights have happened to bleed onto the highlights while rinsing and has made the highlights muddy. You should have shown how you wash the lowlights too. Also if you used conditioner to protect all the blonde pieces while rinsing lowlights or not.
