Oh god dont get me started I've thought Mizuchi was really cool and interesting since she was announced and have been regularly posting about her but yeah a lot of people just completely forgot she was introduced at all until recently. Which is really a shame since it was clear from her reveal that she might have some deep ties to the past of the Hakurei Shrine and Gensokyo, as well as how interesting it is to have an antagonist who genuinely holds a grudge towards Gensokyo and who also seems to be on the side of humans (or at least was at one point) And now with the most recent chapters its been confirmed the Miyadeguchi clan worked for the Hakurei clan or the Hakurei shrine, and that they were somehow betrayed or wronged by the Hakurei during the founding of Gensokyo. Like isn't it kind of insane we're getting this kind of lore on the Hakurei shrine and Gensokyo's founding? I don't understand how people can forget a character like that lol (Sorry for the way too long comment, i am a big fan of this character, which is also why i made this video)

In the morning, I could see a shrine maiden in red and white dancing above the lake. As the earliest riser among our group, I was long entranced by that otherworldly vigorous dance. Eventually, it began to rain, and by the time I came to my senses, the shrine maiden had disappeared...

I love the desaturated palette and the textured brushes, plus your lineart is so pretty!! your art style is gorgeous overall. it looks like something out of a children's fairytale storybook (positive) and it suits the aesthetic of dolls in psuedo paradise perfectly. there's a lack of touhou animations out there, so I'm especially happy this exists. I hope you know how much of an amazing artist you are!!
