Sir, How to reset the mcu? I can't found R marks on the board (mine was chinese psp 1000 battery), i recell it with 2000mah 103450 battery, but the old cell was 500mah lithium battery, after i change it, the battery just can't read the capacity correctly, and this new cell has performance similar to 500mah battery. People on the forum said i should reset the mcu, by temporary shorting the Reset pin with the Ground (B-), but i can't found R pad on the board, i have no idea where is the R pad, and it's board was different with common Chinese battery board

@@gndn73 hi bro, well i can't give you an answer because i was using the board from the original psp battery, and just swapped the battery unit with a new LiPo battery

Yeah it’s just a board that interfaces the battery with the ds lite. Some people even solder the batteries wires directly to the ds lite battery connectors

Have you had enough time testing it? My OEM battery is still more than enough. I'm curious how much this lasts on the highest brightness at this point.

Sure you can, but it makes future repairs more difficult because u have to desolder and resolder the battery each time

I have five PSP and I have fake batteries for all of them and they work perfect for the 1000 model 2000 model and 3000 model and the street model the only downside is that it won’t hold charge as long as the original batteries I bought all of them on AliExpress

I wonder if this is worth it over just soldering on a two pin connector to the DS battery terminals. Neat either way!

It’s been doing great so far, definitely an upgrade. I understand your concerns with the battery risks, but I think as long as you make sure that the positive and negative terminals won’t be shorted, and you carefully disassemble the aftermarket battery then it’s unlikely for anything to happen. But again, do this at your own risk!
