Yoiu are full of it and totally out of reality , time to get down to reality , Am I being unreasoinable let the people be the jyudge not someone hidding behing a smart phone , Here it is while dealing with a major corporation , I got severely hurt due to their deffective product and workmanship , after 6 months they are hidding behind the blame game it is the vendors fault and responability and shut me down , am I being difficult , I just avoided the wheel chair and have life time disabilities , am I being difficult for asking them to deliver what I paid for ? you can waves your hands as much as you want it will not change the facts . it is not being difficult , let see the day this happen to you and your cronies

This information does not work in Freshdesk Enterprise in 2023. When I click on the Tickets menu, I do not have the List and the Board items displaying when I have the Mouse over the Tickets menu as it suggests at 35 seconds into the video. If you could update this that would be great.

Remember this. Listen to the rant then politely say, “I am so sorry to hear that and all of your concerns are valid, let me see what I can do for you. If you don’t mind, can I put you on a brief hold to while I do the case study to figure out the best course of action?” Put the asshole on hold.
