You can only get the Phi ending once you reach the end of all other routes then get stopped before the true ending. You’ll then get to go back to before the beginning and save Akane before Dio kills her. Afterwards, the Phi ending route blockade will be removed. After completing the Phi ending route, if you got all the silver or gold files from every puzzle room, you can go back to before Zero Sr begins his project. Afterwards, if you got all the gold files from every puzzle room, one last scene can be viewed past the Phi ending. That’s Kyle’s(?)POV following the Phi ending.
