Remember you can press Spacebar to toggle quickly back and forth between pausing, it's useful to quickly stop things to react to dangerous moments.

I like the concept of the action only, but maybe add a little commentary before to set the scene. Also more tactics and flash bags would get realism better but nobody I have seen has just done the run concept as always have build up before which can be boring.
