With the hind end, it is opposite of the explanation here; the lower hip is the lame one..they do not want to weight it as heavily, not the higher one cause they "hike" it up as explained here.

I am trying to understand this. Sorry if I seem a bit confused.... Are you saying if you rode a horse on me it would be like the tomato?
@Denvco16 жыл бұрын
Don't get it....is this like showing a horse will not step on you? Pretty sure if you rode a horse over me it would step on me

#dontbeafruit I mean, COME ON COMMON SENSE, PEOPLE. Don’t put a half-ton animal’s foot over and area with vital organs.

Ticks don't just crawl up. They can drop from trees. I know from experience. Btw, it's a spigot, not a spicket.

Laura, how did everything turn out after you sold your horse? I'm in the same boat and heartbroken. Horses have been my defining trait as well for 10 years, but I need to focus on my professional life for the next 5-7 years, and I don't know what's on the other side. I thought I was a "lifer" with my horse. Thanks for the video. Helps to know I'm not alone with the experience.

this is great! :D I need some opinions tho..D: The horse I want to lease for a few years is the most amazing and sweetest mare I have ever ridden or met!! I love her so much, and she knows how to jump, and she's very experienced! :) My problem is, before she came to the barn I ride at now, she was abused...:( BADLY!! She lost her tail to a bolting accident, and she was hit and slapped in the face with wooden boards D: The reason why I'm saying that is that she won't let me take off her halter to turn her out b/c she's scared that she's going to get hit again. And I don't blame her for thinking that. I love this mare with all my heart, and bonding with her and taking away all the bad memories of being abused away! Thanks so much for the video, and plz give me some opinions!! <3

That pizza saddle pad is my favorite! I always see fun fabrics and wonder how they would look as a saddle pad, i'm not even close to the conventional horse enthusiasts though. lol :3

That video made my day 😂👌 I think you have made a brilliant point I have never even thought of that before but I realised that during school it's a lot like that like when someone says there work is bad to someone who is worse, ( not like harsh but to someone who feels there's is worse )
@patricksedore42199 жыл бұрын
My thought is its a great video, but may I suggest using a doll of some sort to really sink the message in, put a tomato or something under the clothing and have Bella step on it, I think people relate even better to seeing something similar to themselves!! Just a thought great video btw
@patricksedore42199 жыл бұрын
Great video it really gets to the point, may I suggest using a doll to replicate a person, put a tomato in the stomach area and let hailey step on it!! That will make these young people doing this relate even more to the dangers involved in this kind of action

I am dealing with the same thing. I don't feel so alone. My horse went lame and hasn't been himself since. We've spent tons in vet bills and I feel as if we don't have a connection anymore. My horse is going back to the owners I bought him from a couple years ago. He's just holding me back. It's devastating no matter how many times I tell myself it's for the best. I will also get to see him often as long as the owners don't go back on saying so.

I realize this comment is from over a year ago, but I wanted to say that's the same situation i'm in right now with my mare.
