Brings back great memories! I knew Buzz very well. Had him speak/sing in Canada numerous times for Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship. I've got an old home phone number for him but will try reaching him through the web. Sure hope he's doing well. Love his humor and his music. If I'm not mistaken, I spotted Sir Lionel Luckhoo in this video at 1:57-1:59, front row bottom center. Sir Lionel is the only person ever to have been knighted twice (by Queen Elizabeth). He is also recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records as the World's "Most Successful Criminal Lawyer" having won 245 consecutive murder defenses! We also had Sir Lionel speak (share his personal testimony) many times in Canada at FGBMF events. Buzz and Sir Lionel knew each other and both loved and defended their faith in Jesus Christ.

I remember you played at Kettle Falls Assembly of God way back in the 1980s. I was there and enjoyed it.

Hey Brian... I help monitor the comments for Buzz... I saw, in your original edit, you mentioned Gary Williams. I haven't heard that name in years (somewhere between 30 and 40 years ago)! Do you happen to have any of his music or know anyone who does or if he's still around. My grandpappy used to love listening to Gary. Good memories. Drove my grandma nuts with Gary playing all the time but Grandpa loved it. LOL :)

@@mynameisnobody777 Last time I saw and heard Gary Williams play was 1985, I think, and I had one of his albums on cassette (I have no idea whatever happened to it. I assume it was lost in one of our many moves). You can actually find one of his Gospel albums on KZbin (although, I guess the end of the recording is cut off or something); there is also another recording of him playing one song at a gig he was doing at the Walla Walla State Pen (this was in the 1950s or 1960s, and he sounds a lot like Johnny Cash in the video). Anyway, if you look him up online (under "Gary Williams, country singer") you'll find some small articles about him. One account indicates that he got out of the music business and moved to the east coast. He was putting out Gospel albums since 1965 when he became a Christian, and traveled around as a minister for a short time too. I have been trying for a long time to find his music, but his albums are awfully hard to find. He never made it big, and has faded into obscurity. That's pretty much all I know. I wore that album out, I really enjoyed his music.

I’ve got the CD’s oh yes! Bought them all many years ago! My mom “Taught herself to yodel” when I was very little. She’s gone 26 years now, I wished I would have recorded her so I could share it with her many grandkids and great grandkids! Buzz is my personal favorite! With all of the good yodelers out there I haven’t found one yet who can compare to The Idaho Yodeler!

My Grandmother (in the area of Orofino and Greer Idaho) used to yodel with Buzz. She went on to teach her daughter who then taught her children who have now taught their children how to yodel. Buzz is such an inspiration. When I listened to this I was so delighted. Thank you so much for sharing. To God be the Glory always.
