what is the life time of anilox normaly

if there is a small gap between the inner fiber layer and the analox body on one end how can it be re-glued.... is this small gap affect much o the quality of printing i appreciate much your reply

I work at international paper and I can tell u these bastards do NOT clean the anilox rolls after each order. They demand we go as fast as possible to the point where the only cleaning we do is with the chambers and ink trays at the end of the week. Is it like that for every other company? I keep telling them we have to perform preventive maintenance, and have dedicated time for cleaning but they simply blow me off. It's to the point troubleshooting is daily and the big ups are trying to blame the operators for it. Fuck International paper

What line count/bcm do you recommend for running mattes with a decent matting load at high speeds? What causes spitting issues with these aniloxs when it happens and what is the fix? Also should a anilox inked with UV flexo should it look dull vs looking shinny ?

How could we use stainless steel brush which is a hard material i believe that could scratch rolls. What kind of steel brush do you recommend could you pm a link. Is it possible to use high pressure "120- 150 bar for car cleaning" water jet to clean anilox rolls.

Will more pressure between the anilox and the impression plate give a thinner coating on the substrate?

We have an issue with scratching on the substrate at high run speeds.

Will more Squeeze pressure between the anilox roll and impression roll apply less ink to the impression plate? Giving a thinner ink coating on the substrate?

I am surprised that this video does not encourage the use of roll covers to reduce impact damage. If interested in reducing the amount of impact damage to your rolls, contact either Pamarco or Andy's Roll Covers.

Do you make the rolls from raw material or just the coatings? I've heard of a company in Runcorn that make them wondered if they where any good?
