hey, I couldn't adjust the strap or make it longer. Even with force I can't remove the carrier from the rivet! How did you do it? Greets, Nina

Hi, it is a bit tricky and the leather might be a tad too stiff. But there should be a small slit where the holes are. I kind of just wiggled the rivet toward the slits and then slipped the rivet out the hole. If that makes sense? It is a bit concerning that if it gets adjusted too offen it might cause a crack on the leather so just be extra careful if you don’t want that to happen. Good luck! Hope it works out for ya! 😁

Hi! Good question! The alma actually has a thinner and shorter strap compared to the croisette. However, the rings/hooks on the alma bag sits higher than the croisette. Hope that helps! :)

Hi thank you for watching! Not much wear and tear. I use it everyday. Some insignificant hairline scratches on the hardware that’s barely visible and I can also start seeing some of the thread pull out on the exterior but not too bad. I”ll try to make a follow-up video :)

Hi! I finally got this bag and I love it ❤ Both the bag, the Chalk color, everything. Despite the growing bad reviews of Polene’s quality, I took my chance and glad everything arrived perfectly. And I wonder if all the people complaining about the zipper are only pulling the leather piece. Pulling by the ring it’s attached to really makes a difference, although still a two hands job. Just thought I’d go back to creators that helped me to make the decision easier and say thank u!

My YSL items usually have a strong chemical smell that wears off after a few weeks I don’t remember having that problem with this LV wallet but I mostly own coated canvas from them.

For the Neuf mini opening, it feels the same to me since I bought it. I feel like the neuf mini fits more but the huit is easier to get things in and out.

Hi, I was wondering if your internal Saint Laurent gold stamp chips off easily / fades quickly? How is it fairing till now? I just purchased mine a week ago at the boutique and didn’t use it yet. I guess I could never. 🤭. How can I notice a fake one from a real one?? Do I need to change my network with people who's salary is below the poverty level to know?? I just don't people who's salary is higher than mines to force me into investing in small business or small black businesses because my interested while earning below the poverty level is a multi million dollar company advertised in the Media, newspaper, catalogs & all.
