I change it every so often. Not sure why the Ride Captain chooses to ride in right lane. There have been occasions where most of the ride has been in the at lane. Depends on who the ride Captain is.

Thanks for watching my videos. I graduated from Sharon HS in 1970. Left there in 1973, moved to Charlotte. Thank you for your service in the AF. I retired from Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Dept. after 39 years of service. I remember riding W. State Street and turning right on Irvine. I wanted to ride by West Hill Elementary, where I attended. I did ride up West Hill a day or so later into Ohio. I made three videos of the videos while there. The ride brought back a lot of memories. It is sad to see some areas in the state they are. This was the first time riding my Can Am Spyder F3 Limited in my hometown. It was enjoyable. My late wife's sister lives in Charleston. Her husband's family owns Bertha's Kitchen. As far as favorite NFL team......................I am a Panther's fan. Was a long time Steeler fan, but had to go with the home team. Take care!

@@roaddogvideos do you by any chance remember Vicki Bartholomew? She was a police officer in Charlotte during that time. She was married to Ron Parrish then. That's her in my photo with me.

@@jimhouston1605 The name sounds familiar. I did not join CMPD until 1981. Ask her if she remembers Dan McCrae. Started out in Baker 3, then went to investigations.

@roaddogvideos she thinks she remembers you. She started in 82. Her last name then was Ruffo, then Parrish. Ron Parrish is a Sheriff now.

@@jimhouston1605 If she come on in 82, I was on light duty in a cast with a broken ankle. I was assigned to Pawn Shop Unit. What district was she assigned after graduating from the academy?

Thanks for your comment. You would not recognize Kannapolis now, especially where Cannon Mill use to be. That whole area has, even the downtown area. Kannapolis is where I met my wife back in 1988. She was born there and graduated from AL Brown, which is still there. Unfortunately she passed away July 3, 2022. Hope you enjoyed the video.

It was a great Spydering Day. Temp was just right. Metallica is doing fantastic. It is a much better ryde with more power. The handling on those curves was great. It did everything it was engineered to do. The traction and stability controls kicked in when the situation called for it to. The handling on the curves was outstanding. This ryde really put it to the test. As far as the handling, I would give it an A+. I survived!

Thanks! Living in the south we have mild winters and we are able to ryde. Sometimes it requires heated gear or dressing in layers. Don’t mean to rub it in! Ryde Strong, Ryde Safe, Ryde to Ryde another day!

@@roaddogvideos thanks for the reply. Many of my family live in Florida so my Brother rides the n the winter in Florida. He is a true snowbird and spends the summer in Iowa about 2 hours due west of me in Illinois.
