Bars close at 2am. Casinos don't close. We have a great nightlife downtown if you don't mind the homeless people. Stay away from 61st and Peoria, most anywhere north of Admiral, and west of the river if you want to feel safe at the park.

Its funny at one time about 40 years ago Tulsa named the most livable city, or some title close to that. It seems since the all the petroleum buisnesses moved out in the 80's it just been a slow decline. I live in Jenks a suburb of Tulsa and it reminds me of how Tulsa used to be growing up.

No night life, You better have a car, be ready for sticker shock with relation to rent.

Every time you turn around the city is raising the cost of utilities and your property taxes. When I first moved to Tulsa I lived comfortably on my income. First thing I'm dong when I retire is move out of Tulsa. Several small towns just outside of Tulsa that has a better cost of living. The thieves aren't afraid to rob you in broad daylight and they don't care if you have cameras. Yes, there's lots of things to do and see. Driving to Tulsa for entertainment would be much better than living in Tulsa.

Did she say Owasso is 45 to 50 minutes from Tulsa??? Either she drives to Tulsa via Skiatook or she only does 25 MPH. She talks about Owasso's spiders, tornadoes and heat like the minute you leave Owasso there are no more spiders, tornadoes or heat! I got news for ya! all of what you call 'Owasso's' are in Oklahoma! HELLO!

Born and raised in Broken Arrow and the humidity is INSANE the summers are unbearable and yes Tulsa is horrible when it comes to crime, move to broken arrow, for us to even have a single murder in a year is RARE

Love your videos! In my opinion, midtown is the best place to live in Tulsa. Born and raised here. I literally live just north of where you are now, across 31st St. my parents are right across from Joe lake. They moved there in 1990, when I was 15. When I got married, I bought a house just around the corner 😊 I go for runs south up Florence Ave and it was funny to see the houses I run past almost daily. Also an Edison graduate, and used that roughy back in the day to walk to school. Anyway, didn’t mean to ramble lol.

It was a better place to live 20-30 years ago.

Avoid getting shot or robbed in Tulsa by moving to OKC.

Ten years ago it was a great place to live. Work was plentiful life was good. Then the Mexican invasion hit and you can't buy a job if you're white. Fuck this place and the sellouts that call it home.

We called an agent yesterday about this property. Unfortunately, it went pending two days ago on 7/22/24. Missed it. Only lasted about 14 on market before someone scoped it up. What a lovely waterfront parcel! The builder did a fantastic job with the layout. We also enjoy what the stagers did. This is going to make someone very happy home for sure.

I live in West Tulsa. I think it's honestly one of the best neighborhoods to move to. It's hot as hell in the summer. But it's for sure the cost of living is lower! My husband and I moved back here from South Carolina and we miss it 😢 but all my family is here so here we are :P

I heard what she said, but Tulsa does have a great transit system if you don’t have a car, you can take the bus. I used to take the bus everywhere to work everyday from 51st memorial to my job of 71st and Lewis. If you don’t have a car it’s possible to use the bus system and it runs quite late too. I guess the creator of the video has always had the convenience of a vehicle in Tulsa 😂but if you aren’t as blessed as some, you can survive that way, it’s a good system.

Great tour by the twins. Epic residential build and design by the builder. Excellent interior finishes across the board, especially the glass doors in the bathroom details. Casita is fire. Rectangular pool and green field, greenscaping is my favorite part. Exterior architectural lines totally clean. A beautiful neighborhood.

I disagree with this. I’m looking at what states have lower everything. I live in OKC.

The neighborhood and residential layout of the Coves really makes a good case to separate itself from other developments. The homes truly deliver luxury and utility.
