I'm sharing my frustrating experience with account recovery process. After sending my ID, I received a link to unlock my account. However, it redirected me to a page installed by the hacker, requesting a 2-step authenticator code, Despite receiving a code from Facebook, it didn't work. I've sent multiple emails and filled out forms without any resolution.
