I know this is a repost of a TV episode. The old blue dually isn't a 79, its a 64-66

How to repair small rust on 1500 Dodge Ram side panel
@edwollАй бұрын
I just finished watching the newest episode with the rusty Ford F-150. With every passing new episode, I feel as if I'm actually watching Motor Head Garage instead of Truck U. You are spending about 10 minutes in this episode, actually doing any work on the truck. You spent the remaing show time peddling products. On top of that, there are commercials to watch or fast forward through. Episodes over the last year or so have seemed to slowly move in this direction. I've always enjoyed this show since season one. I just hope you get back to actually doing some work. Cutting out a rusty patch panel and drilling out a hole in modifying a new fuel pump install just isn't going to cut it.

WOW! 20 years, it sure beats DJ'ing in the Cheyenne Saloon in the 90's DJ Matt Steel. Congratulations on doing something you love so much for so long. Many blessins to you and your family. Peace.

The 3.8 is a solid engine with a little more power than the 4.0 and a similar power curve. What gives many the impression it has less power is the lag in the drive by wire system and a poor rear axle ratio that Jeep chose for the JK on base models.

I removed my dash and it has the dual zone sliders in 09 Ram 3500 laramie. How do I push those sliders back in?

On the Rancho Quick lift, I installed those on my 2011 Ram for the clearance for my snow plow. I would recommend removing the allen screw on the adjustment knobs and just adding a little bit more grease on them. I saw this on someone else's video. When I pulled the adjuster knobs off, I was surprised at just how little grease was in actually in them...not very much at all. This is going on the second year of them being installed on the truck and they still adjust as the day I installed them. So save yourself a headache later and take the adjuster knobs off and add a little bit more grease to keep moisture and rust out and keep them moving freely.

If you lose air flow from system and you hear blower running but very little air flow so take the 3 screws out of motor on passenger side and reach up inside where bower came out and grab the broken blend door may have to spin it to get out put motor back in and full return of max air flow. That is the dumbest thing you can do to your truck just pull dash and hvac box and replace everything and put Dlend door USA they are made of aluminum cnc machined and they will last a life time and replace everything heater core evaporator and all the actuators and only use the factory ones they are the best Dorman are junk. So good luck!

I have the same truck 2007 Tundra Limited with 210k miles on it, it’s in great condition still, but could use some upgrades like this and the undercarriage could use some TLC thanks to Minnesota winters. Unfortunately I can’t afford it, but this is awesome.!

The little steel lines usually don't have any rust or junk because their constantly under varying pressures. When I remove them I just blast then with brake clean and compressed air b4 reinstallation.
