Definitely more window! I believe this model has a pantry so there should be enough storage space. And natural light makes the home feel more spacious.

Hey @alanspeed946 There are a few models of the Ibis floorplan currently available, but if you like this floorplan of the Lazio, you can pick out a lot and it typically takes about 9 months to build out. I'd love to show you around the community and the model if you are interested.

That's a great observation @MareRS357 and you are absolutely correct. One of the biggest statistics from last year was that home builders are building smaller houses to keep costs down and make houses more 'affordable'. I talk more about that in my newsletter and on my Facebook page. But there are larger houses with bigger rooms that are being built in the neighborhood for those who want something roomier.

You could well be @rstefanie2622 a lot of homes have doubled or tripled in value over the past 3 years. You should have your home evaluated to see. Just text me your address and I can generate a report for you letting you know what your home is worth. Are you currently in your ideal home or are you thinking about moving into a better house in a nicer neighborhood?
