There is no comparison to an AP camp and I’ve been to a lot of different camps. I’ve had the pleasure to attend two of AP camps and met a lot of cool people and learned so much. Met Franz who is mentioned on the video and can’t say enough of his character and athleticism. Brian was a great camp coach. Hope to see you all again soon.

For lateral stability, you must have a lateral brace (or 2) underneath. Screws alone are NOT sufficient to prevent a potentially catastrophic side to side failure and collapse.

I want to build one for squatting. Would the 45 degree board be desirable for that?

Love logistics. Can we bump the off day up or down in the week …keeping the integrity and order of operations of the week as posted?

Great Question- Short answer is yes. Long Answer = once your runs are over 1:30(ish), you are going to want to time your off day or recovery workouts for post your long run day.

I would make a couple of recommendations to improve the board. 1. Instead of wiping it with a damp rag, wipe it with alcohol. A damp rag can raise the grain which makes the surface a bit fuzzy and less effective for an adhesive. Alcohol also clean up any grease or oils left on the wood. 2. consider using solid wood or hardwood plywood for the triangles. They will hold screws better.

Andy, why build a 30 over a 45 degree slant board? Any tips? I am about to build my first one.

If you search on KZbin how to use a speed square you’ll find out how to get the angle you want using that tool he had in the video to get the angle you want.

If I walk my HR is 110, if I varely jog my HR jumps to 145. If I am supposed to be under 140 bpm. What do you do? Walk run walk run??
@AndyPottsRacing
@AndyPottsRacing 4 жыл бұрын
I just run... my HR barely goes over 135. But, I guess the first question would be why you think 140 is your magic #. If you want real help, check out the coaching options we have: www.andypottsracing.com/apracingteam and drop me an email: [email protected]
