Scammers have now infiltrated so many aspects of interactions, both personal and business. I'm old enough that I remember when it wasn't like this on the net. They really are the lowest of the low, operate within criminal gangs, prey upon people who might be lonely and elderly with fading faculties. Sometimes the more honest the victim is the more they get scammed because they don't think that people would be so contemptuous.
