The generic rock background music is an interesting choice. A narrator highlighting some of the strengths of the saw instead rocking out or even with the music playing behind the narrator would have been a more practical choice. As for the saw well... I was too busy with the rock concert to remember anything about the saw. 👍

Anyone know where to get spare blades from, can't find them anywhere locally. Wish Ryobi would support their products properly.

Put your user manuals online. People don't buy products that they are unable to compare against the competitors offering. We aren't going to call your office to get them. You are choosing to lose business.

Your tools are decent but it's discouraging that your user manuals can't be found anywhere. People compare products before buying them by reading the user manuals first. We don't want to have to call your office for them. PDF must be available online from your site. You are losing a lot of business but that's your own choice.

Good day, Thanks for your comment. Please note that you can access our user manuals via our website on the following link: ryobi.co.za/user-manuals/ If you are still having trouble accessing the manual you require you can get in touch with us via [email protected] or via any of our social media channels on @Ryobi_Africa.

Works perfectly I enjoyed using it on my first atempt after assembling very gender sensitive 😊. Better than the sling one. Should come with the 2 stroke measure cup for accurate measure.😢

Maybe a good idea is to zoom in on the spool so one can see how to load the string precisely.

How do you replace the trimmer line? The manual had no steps on how to replace the trimmer line on the spool. Manual is badly written.

OMG Ryobi? Is this how you advertise your tools and equipment? This tells me NOTHING about the product, its features or any benefits of buying it.

The 173CC mower is the worst thing they could have released, I had two , first one died so bad they could not even fix it locally and replaced it, the second one is experiencing the same problems. There is a major design flaw somewhere . It lasts for a year then its toast . New oil , new spark plug new filter , it just dies . At one point the oil is actually going through the carb and the filter gets soaked in the oil . The sparkplug is black . and the oil is not too full . The dipstick is Black, seriously how do you see the oil level on a black dipstick .

Lack of common sense? The people who design these products are youngsters without a clue about life. Never been outdoors and never used the products that they sell. Many parts are Chinese OEM so nobody in the factory got to question how the product was designed before they assembled them.
