Query, I activated my Mavic Air battery with the DJI battery program, it turns out that when I put it in the drone everything turns on fine but the controller says battery with no signal in red and if I want to go into the details of the battery nothing appears. What could it be?

Are you connecting the wires to the CP2112, by single post or is it being connected to the duel posts, ie., only one post on the GND OR ON BOTH THE POST ON GND? I cannot tell by the vid because the second posts are obscured. Thanks for your help. Mike

I made the connection and connected its charger together and was able to restore one, but my other battery recognizes it and reset its parameters with the software but it still does not turn on its LEDs or charge, what could it be?
