I uninstalled this game its still unplayable at base no matter what settings you on plays great till you enter base then when you leave base the whole game is jacked its gonna be a long time before I play this again

I'm not using vsync and my Nvidia control panel mostly is default and put them in performance

@@JUNI_JOO aren't lossless scalling and any upscaler is basiclly same? If its same in my stalker 2 first video, i tested with frame generation on without fsr and it boost my performance

@@menamjoo367 you can put upscaling method to FSR and quality to nativeAA ingame while using lossless scaling, it will make huge different. im playing on high settings, without LS got 90 but stuttering to 50 while moving fast. with LS, no stuttering and got 80-200

just make sure always turn on frame generation in game

subjectively, I don't encounter sudden and irreversable FPS drops anymore, the game has got consistent performance

@@menamjoo367 frametime is the most valuable figure. Average fps is only quantity of frames in a given second. However, they don't necessarily need to be displayed at the same intervals. For example. perfect frametime for 60 fps is 16.6ms this way every frame is displayed in 16.6ms intervals resulting in a smooth perception of gameplay. You can also have 60fps average (so the same 60 frames are displayed within a second) but if framerate is all over the place (so intervals are not equal for example 8ms 14ms 21ms 26ms 19ms and so on) you will have choppy perception of gameplay, even that the avg fps is exactly the same.

@@PhantomNovelist thanks for the explanation, so frametime is reflects the smoothness of the game beside having 60fps in average. Okay i'll add it to my next comparison video.

@@crusader6627 Your cpu is too weak for the rx 7600xt, I don't know how bad the bottlenecking is but your cpu will struggle in some scenes or stages that are cpu intensive and make your gpu not perform optimally.

3060 ti and rx 6700xt actually have similiar performance and not much differrent, but 3060 ti bit struggle because of the vram only 8gb, and i also agree the game is not well optimized yet

It's okay as long as your power supply meets the minimum requirements, but it will definitely bottleneck especially in cpu bound games.

For the game mechanics, it is still similar to the first alan wake, using flashlights to destroy the darkness shield before shooting them and using the light of the lamp to take cover, for the thermos it used to a save game rather than a collectible items.

Yeah probably, based on official system requirement the rx 6700xt to reach 60fps in 1080p it should at least use upscaling, and for the rx 6800 (xt) might be able to run stable at 60fps at 1080p native. I think its a call for you to upgrade then, in the future the game requirements may be even more demanding and higher.

I set maximun CPU state at 99%, thats why the clock stay around the base clock

i forgot to changing maximum CPU state to 100%, bcs before that im using stock cooler and the cpu is too hot so i set the maximum CPU state to 99% to reduce the temps

MSI afterburner just show the highest cpu clock

@@menamjoo367 I would suggest not to use windows power plans, instead use Ryzen Master or even better try setting a -25 value as a PBO limit on the bios. That way you dont loose performance and cpu stays cool.

The minimum CPU required is 6th or 7th Gen Intel i5 CPUs that the problem right there

In the future will be work better. Denuvo is the biggest reason.

Remove fsr put interlaced instead of normal, medium 0.5 will be fine. I have a i5 2500 and rx 570 4gb i play almost 50-60 fps (limited)
