Hi Cristina and James, I love that door and cannot wait it see it finished. How did your salt in the pavers go for getting rid of the weeds? It is a method that we have used for many years. We just use ordinary table salt. Check out James, you, skinny and instructions re the drain, just hilarious. Lots of exciting things happening in your world, cannot wait till next video.

@@The-Quinta I was thinking more of the inside! The walls, the tiles, the kitchen counter tops, the bathroom... even the blinds! Everything is just... so bland. So bland. It's such a contrast with what this house used to be too; colourful and ornate. I suppose I was expecting you to keep to the spirit of the house. Bear in mind though, my opinion is not meant to undermine the months upon months of work you put into this. I'm just a guy on the internet.

I understand your sentiment, but this property was a shop in the front and a warehouse at the back, originally. So no house was hurt in the making of this video. By doing what we did, we created a cheap affordable home for a lovely couple and got rid of an eye sore that had been empty in the centre of a village for 40 years. Maybe not your taste, certainly not mine, but I’m happy with what we did and so are the locals. 😊👍🏻

Amazing skills lads. Working in the hot weather which of course is excellent for getting the rendering etc dry in a jiffy. Thoroughly enjoyed watching how this all came together. I would rather live in this quaint much loved beautiful home than any palatial one .The good lady to be commended for all her good work.👏🏻👍🏻🏴

Wow, all those beautiful old tiles and structures gone! And did you know that the old red bricks had the capacity of holding and storing warmth and you threw them away?! But the courtyard looks awesome! And thanks to Christina there was a bit of old, colorful (those blue doors, beautiful!) and arty 🙂 Otherwise: really well done
