You have a very excellent detailed professional instructed video. I was a very high precision tool maker working to tolerances of (+/-0.0003"). Average human hair = (0.0020"). I also worked on some military guns. You are using the 'Real Avid Smart Bench Block'. Sorry not to be rude.. (#1) Warning: This procedure requires any good small working bench block or damage will occur when doing this procedure. (#2) When removing the "E-Clip" partially cover with a small rag to prevent loss. (#3) The locating pin is a press fit, so heating both parts at the same time will do nothing. Both parts will expand in size. (#4) The locating pin is a standard tight press fit, so using oil will do nothing. (#5) Using a fealer gauge, insert required shim between the bolt and swivel arm, inside the slot, at the top, to prevent bolt from collapsing when removing the pin. Same reverse procedure when replacing the pin.

Hello which ammo you use for 1903
@masomaf Жыл бұрын
buy a few different brands, set the rifle in a static position like a benchrest, shoot 5 or 10 rounds per ammo smallest group = winning , then buy a lot of that brand/type

Excellent video! My daughter has a 2016 challenger. It cocks and fires but no air is being released. What would be your recommendation as to the problem of this issue? We appreciate your insight. Thank you

Brilliant, thank you so much for this information. I just bought a 1903 with the standard 6842 site set and the height of the rear site is too low for me and very uncomfortable, so I just purchased a site riser set. I just ordered it today and will probably get it this week and will definitely study your video here to assist. Great videos, very informative and appreciate all of the details you bring to the videos.

I just bought my first Anschutz rifle, the 1903. I'm a competitive handgun shooter and I'm excited to plunge into the world of .22LR rifles. I had the chance to shoot a 1903 at my gun club, someone brought it in, and I fell in love with it. I appreciate this video you created; it's helping me figure out the newbie things to do.

Looks like you’re running the Anschutz Comfort Butt Plate Carrier (part # 014803 at Champion’s Choice) with the stock butt plate? Also, can’t seem to find the tilting cheek piece at any online vendors.
@10-metertuners412 жыл бұрын
@@chadriggs6524 the cheek piece carrier is part #001113 at champions choice. The butt plate carrier was pulled off of an extra ANS 8002 stock I had, at the moment it appears this carrier is not listed for individual sale on CC’s site, they used to be very common as it was an option for the 8002 series air rifles. The comfort butt plate carrier would fit on this rifle as it uses the standard 1.81 inch column clamp. Another option would be to use the ANS 2213-8300 hook plate carrier (#001114) and ANS hook butt plate 2213-8700 w/guide plate (#001119) if you wanted a butt plate with a hook.
