For a guide dog they don't need I.D or a vest...what she is about to find out (head of security) is she won't be backed up by management. Head management won't risk kicking someone out because they don't have an I.D. All she has to do is inform management and back off - if the dog bites someone the decision won't go on her.

ASDA are crooks, I worked a trial week for them as a driver, they accused me of drink driving, never paid me for the week's trial, and made up the drink driving story because they read the form I filled out and after a week realised I was aged 60 and recovering from cancer treatment. They're crooks that mistreat their own staff, who are frightened into silence..

Disabled people in wheelchairs, no bother I remember asda workers a couple of years ago, telling young girls they were banned because they weren't appropriately dressed ( tracksuit bottoms and crop tops in summer) because it hurt their Muslim feelings. Used to be a great place but so many shops have closed. Now mostly Wedding, hairdressers ,charity and lots of cafes

I Lived in pontypool town for 2 years during covid in the flats above the principality bank next to the tea room, i had kids jump on my car and dent it , ring our door bell and run off, had homeless people outside ect its a lovely place at times but the odd few make it bad, the park is amazing though.
