WOW! I would love to fly a scale sailplane at that location!! The scenery and mountains are just a beautiful thing of God in Heaven creations!! Just stunning, and then fly RC there as well, wow!!!!

Wind, thermal and electric power in this video. Typically you can easily fly >1h in thermic conditions in this location

The cost of esc/motors/batteries to fly powered rc planes and yet bring a glider to the top of a hill and away you go. Plus you get a swush sound as it goes by. Gliders are awesome.

Nice flying in a great scenery - time to visit Seiser Alm again, I guess :) Will get my FridayFly Swift in March '22 so I need to get prepared!

Das Panorama auf der Seiseralm ist ja einmalig schön und natürlich auch das Fliegen. Nur dort hinkommen ist schon ein Problem

Das Beste ist, du mietest Dich in einem der Hotels oberhalb der Kontrollstelle an der Zufahrtstraße ein, dann kannst du mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug bis zum Lift, was mit den Fliegern im Gepäck sehr praktisch ist. Auf der Hütte kannst du im Regelfall deine Flieger gegen einen kleinen Obulus im Keller unterstellen, was die Logistik weiter vereinfacht. Ich kann das Hotel Gstatsch empfehlen, aber es gibt noch viele andere gute Unterkünfte dort. Das "dort hinkommen" ist allerdings derzeit unter Corona-Restriktionen mitunter schwierig. Man sollte die aktuellen Regeln stets im Blick haben und mit Stornomöglichkeit buchen.
