Today 08/26/22 got my first experience with your “ wonderful” eclypse connected thermostat, 28 years in hvac service field, got to a service call, blank tstat, 24v everywhere, unit running fine when jumped out, search internet before I did anything, zero information, finally got tech support number, called, explained situation, sorry, but only authorized dealer are allowed to deal with issues, got a number of a rep, called 10 times with no answers, sent emails, no answers, finally I discovered a blue switch in back of thermostat, off position, super tech (sarcasm) brain light up, finally “found problem”, turned switch to on, and waited, oooooh my f@ckin GOD it came on, all “normal”, unit no coming on, searched internet again for any information, nada, called tech support again, you are not supposed to reset thermostat to factory, you lost all the configurations, only a rep can restore it, explained to costumer…. Costumer’s decision?….replace everything… which I did….. nice job
