Thanks for your review, I enjoyed watching. I can see your point about the shadow figures, though this was in no way intentional, and all the silhouettes are of actual people. Obviously it would have been nice to use statues for every card, but there is a limit on suitable images and that have the right sort of copyright to enable us to work with them in a published format. But I can 100% confirm that absolutely no AI was used in the creation. I'm almost done with the expanded guidebook, so hopefully that will be finished and available soon! 🗝🔥🗡🌙

I feel the same about not liking the way kings are top of the hierarchy in RWS Tarot (not to mention other gender stereotypes baked into the system). I'm always on the lookout for all-female decks to off-set that. Modern Witch is a classic. I also like Black Violet, Cocorrina Divine Feminine, Cozy Witch, Cosmic Woman, Le Tarot aux ramures étranges, Sacred Sisterhood, and Thea's Tarot.

Thank you for this! Just saw this in the bookstore and the visuals caught my eye, but something told me to check out the reviews first and I found yours. If they re-released this deck in alphabetical or numerical order on card and in the book, I would have gotten the deck. Otherwise, I'd have been wholly frustrated and likely not have kept the deck had I not seen your review first. The artwork is gorgeous, and that's one of the first things that draws me to a deck. But the publishers need to do better. Wayyy better than what they have done. Especially bc I love me some Pluto.

Thank you for showing this beautiful deck. Although I'm usually less drawn to what I'd describe as a more 'romantic' art style, but I definitely appreciate the lovely artwork overall and the happy colours nonetheless. I particularly love that most of the cards can be read intuitively for their energy as the artist was really wonderfully able to picture the feeling according to the situation. I did just order the deck as it might be helpful for the rookie reader I still am, although I do own a couple of lovely decks already, which make for lengthy readings though as some guidebooks come with really extensive interpretations.
