"...ice cream yarn looks like a melted ice cream"😂😂😂 If you aren't drinking enough water in hot weather you can sometimes wake up with a headache but rather than take tablets I keep sachets of Dioralyte because apparently your electrolyte levels could be low and if I drink a Dioralyte my headache usually goes away. If it doesn't then I take tablets.

Morning Tracy, I get barometric pressure headaches . I am so use to them. If someone mentions the change in the weather and asked me how my head is i feel the pain , i just live with it . Sounds like diet pills and ADHD medications are really the same thing. They work on impulse control in the brain... Actually quite a few people do not get addicted on speed, not at that small quantities anyway - I hear ADHD sufferers quitting taking pills because the unpleasant side effects outweigh the benefits. That was one good thing about moving to Cambodia 14 years ago: the availability of nice desserts and sweets was non-existent it was dead easy to lose weight. But the country, which felt like the end of 19th century, at least culturally speaking, has moved forward over 100 years since my arrival. Well, the capital, at least, I haven't been to the provinces for nearly a decade. In the city, life is so easy now, and I cam buy almost any type of item I used to have, but on the other hand, it has also lost a lot of its charm - in a few of years it is going to be like living in any old metropolitan city. That's progress for you, I guess. If only we had a postal service, with letters delivered to the door. Or just delivered somewhere I can pick them up. But you can't have everything.

I don't really have anything that I really enjoy making over another. It all depends on the year. I am excited to hopefully be able to at least start a road blanket for my nephew.
