3yards-3 and half yards. Vintage material has more length than Ankara fabric tho.

Why did you divide the waist by 3? Is it not supposed to be 4?

Because it’s a flare pant,and the way I folded the fabric is not the regular way..if I divide my waist circumference by 4 before placing it,it will end up being wider than my actual waist circumference,so I will have to pleat it to fit and I don’t want that.

The neckline or the base? If it’s the base,yes,you should measure it to be sure it will fit into the flare.

All I can say concerning this particular tutorial is God Bless You 🙏 cos you are d very 1st teacher to make me understand this Queen Anne neckline quickly and easily after watching for the 1st time. This tutorial is a life saver. I had a challenge of fabric shortage when I tried to use the other methods I saw here on KZbin. I just stumbled on your other tutorial without side joining and pockets. You dropped the link of this video there. I tried this method for a long version with side joining and pockets and was able to achieve what my client wanted. Thank you
